The Charleston Gallery Association (CGA) is a dynamic collective of over 35 esteemed fine art galleries, showcasing the work of talented local, regional, national, and international artists. Dedicated to fostering connections between art enthusiasts, collectors, and Charleston’s thriving creative community, CGA celebrates the artistic energy that makes our city so special. First Friday ArtWalks are held ten months of the year (every month except January and July) from 5–8 PM throughout downtown Charleston. These vibrant events offer a chance to explore our galleries, discover inspiring artwork, and connect with passionate artists and fellow art lovers. Dammit Ball is a beloved South Carolina summer tradition, and this year Hampden is excited to partner with OneNAIFA-Charleston in supporting the American Cancer Society Hope Lodge. The Hope Lodge program provides much more than free accommodation for cancer patients and their caregivers—it creates a nurturing community that helps patients access critical care while offering a true home away from home. Each Hope Lodge features a supportive, homelike environment where guests can share meals, participate in evening activities, or relax in their private rooms. This vital space and community exists thanks to generous supporters, and we’re proud to contribute to their mission by sponsoring this year’s Dammit Ball Classic and donating 10% of our sales on August 27th to the Hope Lodge.
