DOES PLACING AN ITEM IN MY SHOPPING BAG GUARANTEE THAT I WILL RECEIVE IT?
Items placed in your shopping bag are not held from inventory until you place your order. However, we would be happy to reserve an item for you for 24 hours if you're not sure about it.


I PLACED AN ORDER BUT NEED TO MAKE A CHANGE TO IT.
Our goal is to get orders shipped out the same day they're placed, so we begin processing orders immediately after the order is placed. Due to this quick processing time, we are NOT able to make changes to your order after it has been placed. This enables us to efficiently and quickly get orders to our customers.


WILL MY ORDER AND PAYMENT DETAILS BE SECURE?
We always want you to feel comfortable ordering from us. Your privacy and security is the most significant aspect to a comfortable and worry-free online shopping experience, and it is extremely important to us. We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology that encrypts and protects your data. If SSL is enabled, you will see a padlock at the top of your browser. Click on the padlock to find out more information about the SSL digital certificate registration. You will also notice "https:" in the URL field that notifies you that you are in a secure mode.


CAN I PLACE AN ORDER BY PHONE?
Unfortunately we do not accept phone orders, however, we are happy to walk you through the ordering process on our website. Please call our Online Customer Service line at 800.346.5083 or LiveChat us for assistance.


WHAT CURRENCY ARE PRODUCTS SHOWN IN?
Our prices are shown in US dollars. If you are an international customer, the final amount shown on your bank statement may reflect the current day’s conversion rate into the currency of your bank’s country.


I'M FROM THE UK AND I CAN'T CHECK OUT.
Due to Brexit laws that went into effect January 1, 2021, we do not ship orders to the UK that total under £135. If you wish to place an order, please ensure that your cart total is over £135. We apologize for the inconvenience!


WILL I NEED TO PAY SALES TAX ON MY ORDER?
For orders shipped within the US, whether you pay sales tax depends on what state you live in. We currently have nexus in some states, so we are required to collect sales tax in those states. Sales taxes will be clearly stated at checkout. Orders shipped outside of the US may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees. We ship internationally with duties and taxes paid (DDP). This means that you pay the duties and taxes for your item when you check out on our website, so you don't have to pay them upon importing the item to your country. This allows for quicker delivery and no hassle on your end. Duties and taxes are controlled by the country of import, so unfortunately have no control over what these may be.


I SHOPPED IN STORE AND THERE WAS A LINE ITEM CALLED NON-CASH SERVICE FEE ON MY RECEIPT. WHAT IS THAT?
Due to increasing supply costs and our desire to continue to provide comprehensive and competitive packages to our employees, as well as a luxury retail experience to our valued clients, as of April 1, 2023, all non-cash transactions made in store or through approvals and pop up events will be charged a 3.5% processing fee. Transactions made by check or cash will not be subject to a surcharge. Hampden does not keep any portion of the surcharge. Processing fees are charged and collected by a 3rd party processor to provide credit processing services to our customers.


CAN I SEND AN ORDER AS A GIFT?
Of course! We are happy to gift wrap the item for you and include a handwritten note to the recipient. Simply select "add gift wrapping" when checking out for your item, and a $10 fee will be added to your total. Please don't hesitate to contact us with any special requests – we are always happy to help.


HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPMENT?
Once you've completed the online checkout process, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order. Please note that after you place an order, we are unable to make changes to it. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an additional email from us containing your UPS tracking number. You can always call/text us for a more detailed status update, especially regarding time sensitive items.


HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
Our Return Policy varies depending on whether you purchased the item in store or online. Please see our Return Policies page for full details. Please note that all Sale items are Final Sale, and therefore not eligible for returns/exchanges.


HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY RETURN OR EXCHANGE TO BE PROCESSED?
We thank you in advance for your patience while your return or exchange is processed. Depending on where your package is coming from, it can take between two and ten business days for your package to arrive back to us. It can take between five and ten business days for a refund to appear on your credit card statement, but please feel free to reach out to us at any point in the process for a status update.


I BOUGHT SOMETHING ON SALE AND NOW IT IS DISCOUNTED FURTHER, DO YOU OFFER PRICE ADJUSTMENTS?
Unfortunately no, we do not offer price adjustments if your item becomes discounted further. All sale items are final sale.


I SAW A PRODUCT OR SIZE ON YOUR SITE, BUT NOW IT'S SOLD OUT. CAN I STILL PURCHASE IT?
Unfortunately, if an item is no longer listed for sale online, it is most likely out of stock. However, please contact us so that we can check for you! We can always investigate to see when it was purchased, and try to give you an idea on if it's being returned. Additionally, we offer "Back In Stock" alerts on all items! Simply go to the product page, click the size drop down menu, and click the "Notify Me" link next to the size you're interested in. Enter your email address in the box that pops up, and you'll get an automatic email notification as soon as it comes back in stock.


DO YOU OFFER PRICE MATCHING?
