We stand behind the quality and fit of all our products and always want to make sure that you're 100% satisfied with your purchase. We want you to love the pieces that you purchase from us forever! Our Return Policy varies depending on whether you purchased your item in store or online.

IN STORE RETURN POLICY
Because you were able to touch and feel the item, as well as try it on for fit and size with the help of our stylists, we will accept returns and exchanges for store credit on full price, unworn, unwashed, unaltered merchandise with tags within 10 days of the purchase date. All Sale merchandise is FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or exchange.

ONLINE RETURN POLICY
We will happily accept returns or exchanges on full price, unworn, unwashed, unaltered merchandise with tags within 14 days of the purchase date. If your order included a full-price item, a complimentary FedEx return label will be included in your box. Simply seal your box, affix the label to the box, and drop it off at any FedEx location. Click here to find a location near you.

Merchandise must be received back in the store within 14 days of the purchase date.  Please do not use shoe boxes to ship footwear--footwear and shoe box must be shipped within a larger box. Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition, without postage labels. 

All Sale Merchandise, Jewelry, Sunglasses, Swimsuits and Lingerie are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or exchange.

For international returns that meet our return policy, the refund amount will reflect current conversion rates on the day of the refund. Products

Our products come directly from designers from all over the world. Our buyers travel to New York, London, Milan, and Paris four times a year for market appointments directly with designers at their showrooms, and to see their runway shows. We hand select each item that is ordered, and pride ourselves on choosing the most unique and hard-to-find pieces. Each item is 100% authentic and has been shipped to us directly from the designer. We receive new shipments of products to our store every day. Each item is thoughtfully unpacked, photographed, and placed on our floor. We strive to have these new products added to our website within 24 hours of receipt. Our online inventory is supplied through our physical store location and is updated as quickly as technology allows, so what you see on our website is available physically in our store, and vice versa. Online orders are pulled from the floor immediately, but in the rare case that something sells at the same time in store, we will send you an email with suggested alternatives or details about special ordering the piece for you, and we are always happy to refund your card if neither of those options suit you.
