Careers - Luxury Fulfillment Specialist

The Position

Hampden is seeking a fulfillment specialist to assist with operations at their distribution center. They love to touch and feel luxury products, and package them to perfection. This person is self-motivated, a team player, has a sense of urgency in everything they do, and has a positive attitude. They pay double attention to every single detail, excel in communicating within a dynamic team, and loves to follow a process from start to finish.

This position is located at our distribution center in downtown Charleston at 747 Meeting Street, and is required to be in-person. We do require a trial day during the hiring process, so that we can both get an idea if it's the right fit. This is an urgent hire, with start date on or after May 19th.

Responsibilities include creating shipping labels, ensuring accuracy on tickets and quality checking each item, packaging outgoing orders quickly and efficiently, hanging/steaming incoming new inventory, processing returns, and driving the Hampden sprinter van back and forth between the store and distribution center.

  • Technologically-savvy and learns new systems easily
  • Extremely detail-oriented
  • Self-motivated and a proactive problem-solver
  • Happy to jump in wherever needed behind the scenes
  • Possesses a positive attitude and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, collaborate team environment
  • Loves to communicate within a dynamic team
  • Familiar with Slack
  • Familiar with Shipstation or similar shipping software
  • Open to learning how to drive a sprinter van or has previous experience with this

Pay is $20 per hour. This is a full-time position, therefore the candidate will be eligible for company benefits such as a retirement plan, health insurance, and additional voluntary benefits.
