The Frill Shoulder Panel Dress is a combination of blue and white shard guipure that is asymmetrically panelled together and accented with black trims. The dress has a fitted silhouette with a semi-detachable gathered hem panel, fastening at the side with buttons. The dress features off the shoulder panels that are finished with solid frills and can be optionally fastened with buttons to elegantly frame the shoulders. This style fastens at the back with an exposed zip.
