COG The Big Smoke's main brand concept and ethos is timelessness. They wanted to think beyond structuring designs for the four seasons and runway collections, and instead create a cohesive collection of clothing that offers up a simple versatility. Each of their collections is numbered sequentially starting with 1. You can find the number on their iconic black woven label on the back of each design. Each season, a new number will be added, but selected designs from past collections will still sit naturally within the new collection. That allows buyers to order items from past collections, instead of designs being removed from the rotation. COG believe that classic designs are inherently timeless. With this in mind, their collections center around adding pieces to those functional pieces each season to complement them as well as creating a new palette.
